How to get your name out of Civil
My name was put in the default list though it was not my mistake, I rectified the problem from the concerned bank. Now will my name be taken out of the civil, if no please tell me how can I get my name out of it.

you can well isue notice to them for continuing your name in defaulter list and if realy you have not made any default can well prosecute such bank . before that you can well file complaint before banking ombudsman

You can keep in contact with the bank and watch if your name is removed or not from default list. If they dont write letter and take acknowledgment
