sir,thanks for reply.....sir i don't have any lawyer...i show in card company i am saleryed when i have job in some company but right now i don't have any money and i visit some lawyer they can't advice me some one say u have to make payment.....some say u go to jail.....what can i do????sir please help me i am very poor man....sir if any thing u can not tell on forum plz mail me..............i know your time is more valueble, i reauest you plz help me sir....

Yes infact you have to make a payment as it is a due which you have spended from your card.

Dont listen to hear and say things.

Let me tell you Bail is a Rule and Jail Is a exception in case of the verst situation.

It would be allright if you go and visit some lawyer in contact.

Your primary duty is to make payment of your dues on purchases/expenses met by use of the credit card. If you don't have any money or employment or assets to meet your liability, then you have to engage a lawyer and file a petition for adjudging you as an insolvent. If u don't have resources to engage a lawyer then apply for free legal aid from the Legal Services Authority of your State and seek free legal assistance. Stop seeking solutions on the internet
