Re: Credit Card Misuse and Harassment by Bank

Issue a registered notice to the Bank with copy to the Reserve Bank of India, DBOD, Mumbai, telling the Bank that you are not liable for the disputed claim, and if they don't stop the harassment, you will be complaining to the Police as well as Reserve Bank of India about the intimidation caused by the Bank. If the harassment does not stop, complain to the local police as also to Banking Ombudsman of the State wherein you live. You can down load the format of complaint from RBI.org.gov.in.
