Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear expert,
This is the case of 120B and 420 miss operation of money. As we as concern got a CD loan from a bank and we were as mid agents for the collections. regarding on this issue we have collected access amount of 1 million over paid to the bank. Now the bank has filled a case of 120B and 420 and now im out of the case got release, now i want to claim with the bank to repay my money which i have paid accessly to the bank. IS IT POSSIBLE to get my money back?
