Dear sir,
I have a/c in *******bank They transfer my fund from my a/c to unknown persons credit card a/c without informing me.When I asked manager he gave me cr.card no. on which money transferred.Which is not my card.I request him but he told I am helpless go to cr. card dept.Then I request by mail to customer care but they are only replayed my mails without action.Almost 2 months completed I also inform to banking ombudsman but no reply from them.Sir please guide me what can I do in this case.Please do the needful.Thanking you.

you can complain to RBI and also depending on the amount file a consumer complaint for deficiency in service.
