Legal Question in Banking Law in India
dear sir my friend borrowed some money from me and gave me cheque as a security.he expired after few months without returning the money. i put the cheque but it bounced due to insufficient funds .what will be legal path to get money

Send notice to his legal heirs to pay off the amount out of the assets in their hands. If they fail, file a suit against them for a decree against your deceased friend's assets in the hands of his legal heirs. If he had left any immovable property you can have the same attached before judgment as well. Consult local lawyer urgently and proceed.
