Dear sir , we have taken PL from ICICI in 2003 of Rs. 75,000/-.in 2007 we have settled loan and paid amount .receipt is lost .from 2007 to 2011 bank has not asked for any dues .but from 2011 they are started to call for rs. 75,000/-dues .what should i do ?
Is this time barred case

You dnt have to pay as it si time barred claim.

The claim as it appears on your narration is barred by limitation. Reply to the Bank that you owe them nothing.
