Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Dear sir:

I hav a personnel loan with HDFC bank and i give ICICI bank cheque as my guaranty. the loan tenure was 48 months. unfortunately i lost my job at that time and i couldn't pay the EMI regularly on time. Now iam working in an insurance company. my salary account is from Hdfc bank., Two months before the bank freeze my salary account and debited my two month salary with out my permission and now there is only one month due now .Last day one policeman came to my house and tells my brother that i have an arrest warrant for not receiving the samense from court . but actually i never rejected any letter from postman and he didn't give any letter from court. and in court its mentioned as iam deliberately disagree to receive the letter from postman. now its a non bailable arrest warrent. 138 NI act.now iam trying for my bail . i give them two payments at the same month before they cutting my salary because they threaten me and family daily came to family. and after getting my arrest warrant i approach to bank and ask to withdraw the case against me.but they refuse to withdraw the case and they ask me to pay the remaining full amount then only then discharge the petition but the loan maturity is only next year (14 months remains) , but its not possible for me to pay the full amount at once .so please give me a solution..and iam in a financial crisis now and having some other financial problems.. can i ask the court for some time ....if they cutting the salary again then what should i do...please help me
