Drawing money from ATM using some other's pin No. And more especially when the account holder is dead amounts to theft. If the legal heirs complain to the Bank, it can ask u to pay back the amount to the credit of the account from which it was drawn failing which the Bank can prosecute you. Better make peace with your uncles and persuade them not to involve you in trouble.
