sir my signature has been forged by my own blood relative and applied for my deposit in th e bank for their withdrawl pl give me legall proceeding against bank and the culprit

How do you know that your blood relative has forged your signature. If you suspect forgery give complaint to the Police with copy to the Bank. Do not submit such problems on this forum. Take advice from local lawyer.

You may file a criminal case u/s 420 IPC for cheating and Fraud.

You may file an case of cheating and fraud u/s. 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
