Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i gave a security cheque to the party, and then he put the cheque on clearing without my information. and it got bounced and then he represented the same cheque and i got it stop payment to get releif but now he is going to file a legal case against me. please suggest

If u r due to the party, pay him and avoid litigation. Otherwise defend the action through local lawyer.
