when the handwriting Expert report is the signatures are dissimilar then whether on basis of that report the original application in drt be dismissed

Nope, it will be judicially analysed. Further, also dimissal will depend on the gravity the signature holds on the matter

Handwriting Expert's report is only 'opinion'. The application cannot be rejected solely on the basis of the HW Expert's opinion that the signatures in the disputed documents are dissimilar to admitted signatures. He can be subject to cross examination. The Court will have to take into account other evidence also just as some body testifying that he has seen the executant signing the documents.
