Hello,
Due to my financial positions i was not able to pay the credit card bill for six months and bank has suspended my card and no sill is sent tom address since then
As matter of fact i may not be able to pay back everything that the bank wishes but i
will definitely go with alternative that may come around on the matter.
So how i need to initiate this process please help me

You may need to contact the bank for a settlement of your dues. Please understand that in law there is no escape from your liability and delay in payments may cause you more harm and costs.
