Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I have taken home loan and a few questions in regards with the same.

1. They are not giving me a copy of the agreement signed?

2. They have lost a few cheques give for EMI clearing and are sending penalty letter without responding for the lost cheques,what should I do?

3.They have only increased the rate of interest and tenure,when they gave the loan it was 8% and now it is 14%,there is no one responding to any of my question at the place i have taken loan(National Trust housing Loan)?

It is not clear whether the institution from whom u availed the loan is a bank or a housing finance company. If it is a public sector bank or public sector house finance company, you can ask for the details under regd.post ack.due. If not responded, complain to the Chief Executive of the Bank or company. If no response from the Bank, you can complain to the Banking Ombudsman, If it is a public sector house finance company you can seek information under the Right to Information Act. If it is neither, send lawyer's notice seeking details. If no proper response is there, sue them for damages in the District consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Pl.consult local lawyer also
