Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken loan from icici bank bangalore,but due to my father death i am now living with my family in kolkata,the loan amount is 1,50,000 out of which i have paid 10 emis and due to my joblessness and father death i was unable to pay since then,but now i want to start paying emi once again and for that i have contacted the bank but they are asking me to pay full amount and close the loan in one time but its not possible for me,and more over i cannot pay the emi through the same bank account from where ther r taking money as ecs for my loan becouse they are blocking some 72.000 in my account,cab i file a suit in Kolkata high court for giving me time so that i can restart paying emi again and unblock my bank account?please help me

Unfortunately you cannot get relief because the Bank has exercised its legal right.
