Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Meri mother ko financers ne apne ghere mei le liya hai do saal se ooper 10 percent interest khate rahe aur apni hee kametian meri mother ke naam se uthake unhe dono mei fansa liya hai unka sab kuch jab khatam hua toh ab sab unhe boht dhamkiyan de rahe hai kyuki meri mother ne family ki knowlede ke bina unko blank chq de diye thy ab hamare pass kuch nai hai sab unse roz jhagda karke dhamka ke jate hai. unke pass koi rasta nahi hai kahte hai chq laga ke aur boht se cases mei fansa denge. jyadatar inme mohalle wale hee involve hai now you are requested to please provide me the right direction as the law says in these sort of cases.
