minor saving account holder.

I have opened saving account of my son before 7 yrs ago . I signed as a gardian while account opening. I hed deposied money from time time in this account. My son is now major but I don't want to add his name as a joint holder.

Once the minor becomes major, he can operate the account. The guardian ceases his authority to operate the account. It is his account. there is no question of adding his name as joint holder

So far as legal position of your son is concerned, since he has attained the age of majority which is obvious from his date of birth which is in bank, he may do all lawful act himself without help of his guardian. But practically bank may need your presence to depose some facts, therefore you need to go bank.
