If you wish to be declared insolvent, you have to make a petition to the local court to declare you insolvent. Take the help of a local lawyer. While, it is easier to have you adjudged as insolvent, you may lose the job as employment of an undischarged insolvent is prohibited in bank employments and you cannot also incur fresh debts. You have to seek the remedy only at the place where you are permanently resident and not throw the problem in this forum.
