I am a NRI , living in Dubai from last 6 years, I remit money to my mother account in india as Telex Transfer in her saving account,

Can you please let me the amount is taxable in india to my mother?

Or is it free on tax for the same financial year and will be taxed in the next year as she is a government employee?

If you are sending it regularly then it will become taxable. Once in a year within the taxable limits means then no tax will be levied stating that it is a gift from you and already that your income had been subjected to tax. No double taxation is done. It is better you open an NRI account in India and transfer the amount into that account and ask your mother to withdraw from that.
