Not able to pay credit cards dues
Sir, I am using ICICI cards scince last 4yrs & every months I have paying it without fail, Now day My financial position is deeply poor & not able to pay the dues 60000.00(including late payment & interest) on time. I have written a letter to customer care regarding my problem & asked to Convert the total dues to maximumEMI that can I paid easily their dues. But they written me its not possible to convert to EMI nither any seetement presently. Wht should I do. Please help me . Is they Can put me in jail if I am not able to pay ?

Yes, they may seek your civil imprisonment if they have obtained a money decree.
