Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello sir my self Manoranjan Kar .My father Mr Lingaraj Kar has been working as Branch manager in Bolangir Anchalika Gramya Bank former utkal Grmaya bank bolagir
(Regional rural bank).He was dated on 30th may 2000. I have applied for rehavilation, suddenly after the death of my father.but till date we get no response from the bank. IN 2002 A person will appointed on rehavilation scheme.but till date we cant get any reply from them will you please help me beacause there is no other income besides pension(1700rupees only) it is very neageliable to maintain the family .so please suggeast me what can i do further..please reply me
