My dad was guarantor for the load of some other , and now borrower obscond , and borrowers property all mortgaged by some other banks.
now my father got expired , and there property all are transferred to our name.
And loan look b4 8 years...
Now is there bank can mortgage are property ????
Can they plz advise me on this ....

You are enjoying the said property as per the succession law or practically on the papers the property have be transferred in your name ?
