tea plantation

does tea estate come under agriculture land status and if it does does it mean sarfaesi act cant be used on tea estate.

tea plantation lands rank as agricultural lands. Hence may be treated as exempted under SARFAESI Act

tea is commercial agriculture . Mere production of plant comes under agriculture as envisaged by u. But making tea on commercial basis is not agricultural activity and provisions of Securatisation act can' tbe avoided merely because the origin is agriculture
