what is the validity of non judicial stamp paper from the date of purchase.Will the stamp paper becomes invalid after one year from purchase date

The Collector is empowered to revalidate stamp papers if expiry date has passed.

It depends upon local State stamp rules. pl. check with up to date rules in the State where the stamp paper is purchased and to be used.
