I won a cheque bounce case in Gurgaon court where I was an accused and I was aquitted. I want to know weather complainant can file appeal in seasons court or they have to approach High Court of Punjab & Haryana.

as in your case, the order was passed by the magistrate, an appeal against acquittal would lie before the sessions court at Gurgaon.
