Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

Hi

I am declared bankrupt in September 2008.

One of my client deposited the cheque in dec 2008 and file 138 Cheque Bounce case against me.

I never visited the court till now..

Is i am liable to pay the amount.

What are the consequences of me not visiting the court.

Warrant is issued against me.

If warrants are issued against you then go for cancellation of the same or else the police is going to arrest you and also find out about the status of your case by engaging some lawyer for your case.
