Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

i have a house loan of 10lac of which the installment is 10,000 per month. For last one year i had paid my all EMI's but now after one year bank person is saying me that i have dues of EMI. But i have evidence and proof of all documents that i had paid the EMIs.plz suggest me wat shud be my next step??

Send written proof of your payments to the lender and demand a copy of updated statement of accounts.
