personal loan and credit card default
i have dues of personal loan and ceridit card account with various bank i have got a big loss in my business and have health prob suffering in rumatic artharits right now my income is getting enough to maintance my family food expenses i dont have any property and other source of income if i declare bankruptcy by filing petiton of insolvency in local court then what will be the result pls explain me.
