i hav to file 138 case at my head office,however i collect these cheque from different cities. can i file at my head office?tell me about the jurisdiction?

You can file the 138 complaint at the place where your head office situated.

You can file the 138 complaint either at the place where your head office is situated or in the city where there is a branch or where your bankers are or where the bankers of the accused are or where the accused live or carry on business for gain.

Yes. You may file the complaint under sec 138 of the NI Act as mentioned below : (1)You can file at the location of your head office or (2) Your head office branch (3) Your companies Banks location (4) Bankers of the accused are (5) Place where the accused resides or carries his business actively.

send notice from there or deposit in a bank there and your jurisdiction will be at that place.
