Business Query

I am a 26yrs old married woman. I am moving to USA with my husband on H4 visa. Can I start an import export business in USA on H4. If not then what are the other ways to start up a business venture? Can I rent a counter or a small shop in a mall or flea market ?

however i think that you can start your business whatever you like but i am not so sure that what you will be required to do in usa.
