cheque bounce

Dear sir/madam,

I gave Rs.4 lacks to my friend for some personal financial problem. he has given a blank cheque without date and name,a blank bond paper of rs 200, an on demand note(promissory note) blank . Now he is not willing to return the amount. what action can i take . i dont know whether the account is active or not ? please suggest

You must file a case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, after making the cheque bounce and giving a legal notice. Ina ddition, based on personal bond, you can also file a recovery suit. Money will be recovered with interest.

Is the chq and bond signed by him if so fill the chq deposit into your bank if the chq is bounced file a case by giving notice thru an advocate u/s 138 of N I act.
