dear sir
we are in writing service we need some Agreement format with company & Customer, Service provider
can we make such agreement our letterhead its valid in court of law or needs to be notary
pls suggest

Only the documents which is having monetary value are to be registered (above Rs. 100/-) compulsorily. Even if it is made on letter pad, it is valid. If the same is objected while in litigation, proper stamp-duty can be paid at later stage also.
