my friend take 1 lakh rs with agreement as friendly loan and given check and was bouns.i fill a case again him what punishment should he get and in court if he promise to me to return than
what judge will say?

in case he is ready to pay the amount before the judgment is pronounced, you may compromise the matter.

If he is ready to pay the amount, it will written in the order and he have to follow so.
If he do not follow the court orders, then you have to file the contempt.
Try to negotiate on One time Payment or ask for some guarantee.
