Legal Question in Business Law in India
Mr. A was alloted a contract for supplying hire vehicle on monthly hire basis for a period of three years. After few months, he intend to transfer his contract to his own elder brother Mr. B. Can this be permissible. What are the legal documents required for transferring the said contract from Mr. A to B? Your advise on this aspects is highly solicited.
