Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am an owner of a sole proprietorship firm.

Through this firm i am launching a website relating to advertising.

So, i want to ask that is there any legal procedure to show that the website is a product of the firm??

or can i just launch the website with the name of the firm given at the bottom of the website??
