Know About Proprietor Firm Rules in INDIA

I need to start an electronic advertising firm in India with operations all over India. I am Indian & will be financing the new start-up.

1)Can I start a Proprietary firm?

2)What to do to start a proprietary firm,where to register ,rules in india??

3) As my investment is small,what would be the cost of doing this legal process.

4) Is there a need to get any liasion for the electonic/online advertising.If so where to get that from?What is the procedure??

For starting a sole proprietor firm you do not need any permission.

For starting adverstiment business also no certification etc is required to be procured.

Only thing is that for purpose of adverstiment etc, you have to follow the guidlines and rules of local municipal authority.

There are no rules with regard to start a proprietory firm in India as such,but to start an advertising agency in India,initially you have to get an accreditation from Department of Commissioner of Information & Public relations of each particular state where you intend to start the business.

generally there is no specific law for starting properietership firm but there are so many connected things that its not possible to write everything.

you can start the firm, open a current account in the name of the firm, u need to file tax in the name of firm are very basic connected things.
