Legal Question in Business Law in India
Rent of the building
My father and uncle A bought a building in okala,delhi and named in on my uncle B's name.My father died long time ago and the rent for every month is taken by my uncle A. Uncle A and Uncle B does not get along and Uncle B does not interfere. How do i get half the rent on my mother's name.Please help!!!
