A residing in delhi, requests his friend,B residing in lucknow, for a loan of Rs.10 lakh.B asks A to come to lucknow n collects a cheque of Rs.10lakh.A fails to repay the loan and B should suit A.Where should he file a case,at lucknow or delhi and will justice be done to B?
