How we can start a Public Limited Company in India? Is it simple Procedure?

Procedure is simple. You have to decide for a name. Get the name search completed. Apply for the certificate of incorporation with your memorandum containing the object etc. and article of association. You may engage the services of a Chartered Accountant to complete the formalities
