Legal Question in Business Law in India
we started small business in 1995 with partner ship. we three partemer.taken loan,for loan my partner's relative one land given for morgadge.but could not run this business,and not able to paid loan, so land taken in morgadge.and closed business year-1999. my partner and government finance company try to recover amount from us.presenly i doing job in out of india.now i want to come india for my annual leave.my quastion is that If come to india what they will take legal action?can i come back to my job? i am a middle class person. i have no bank balance and any property to paid amoumt.and about mordgage land i have not given any writting commitmemt.i am affraid.what i have to do?

it is the mortgaged land which would be subject to attachment alone
