Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

We have a 3 flat at Ghatkopar east. Our building has gone for vertical extension. We were against the vertical extension, we told the society to demolish the building and reconstruct the same. But none of them agreed and with 2/3rd majority they started the work. Each member was given a compensation for the Vertical extension. Now the work has been completed and neither the society nor the builder is ready to give any compensation for our 3 flats. Our 3 flats has been severly damaged due to the construction work going from last couple of years. We have informed the matter to BMC but there no response regarding the same. We have also informed the matter to Register of Society through RTI but they also have not turned up till date. Please let us know what can we do to recieve our compensation?

You have not mentioned the scope of compensation received by each member.

You may file a suit claiming the compensation.

First issue a lawyer notice to the society as they only will have to inform why your 3 flats have been excluded. Depending on their reply, further steps can be taken.
