if AEH connection in the name of fictious person

Dear sir,

If electrical AEH connection transfered or changed to in fictious person name who's not real owner of mere property i.e., by executing & furnishing a copy of a sale deed in the name of a dead person through personification or fradulent means, then what shall be the legal remedy available to original legal heirs to property with respect to the easement or servitude accessory rights? And can it be possible to bring a suit aganist local electricity authority claiming for compensation or damages through local civil court under section 80 (2) of the c.p.c 1908 ?

And what are the steps, procedure that can be taken in order bring suit for such a situation ?

too many questions to reply... not possible here.

take action against the persons who played fraud and took connection by misrepresentation.

not against the electricity company. make the company only the party
