Can bank files civil uit u/s 37,1908

Can bank file case u/s 37 for credit card payment recovery.......Can bank use credit card application as contrct for u/s 37...Even i don;t have sing on that app(may be sing by sales exe.).In what basis i can fight this case......Sir i am very hugh debt of credit card bank......And today no many to pay any kind of debt.......Please advice me

You can file Injunction suit against the Bank and whither you sign or not it can be come out during the course of trial.

You may file an Injunction Suit against the Bank and rest of the things can be decided at the time of trial.
