In connection to AEH connection ( Old question unsolved)
Dear Sir,
If Electric Authority does not co-operate with a real legal heir, & their is no such a personified person available or fictiuas person got decease then what's the legal solution can be taken aganist, with respect to whom ?

File a WRIT PETITION in High Court against the electricity Deptt.

first thing i didnt understand ur question second thing if any govt office troubles you then u can either move to high court under writ or u can move to district court for directions.
