Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir
My father is totally in control of his mistress he is dening having any relationship with us but we have all the evidences like id and address proof and 125 CRPC order in favour of my mother and my father has sold almost 90% of our ancestoral property and our house which was transferred into residential plot from agricultural plot in 2003. Only a plot of land where a mobile tower is situated by a agreement between my father and the mobile company. Only on this plot of land my mother has got stay on maintenance on charge not to sale this plot to any one. My mother is 56 and my father is 62.I am 32 currently.
My father has also sold Our house to a third party but my mother has got RO in a domestic voilance act case with him till the diposal of this case.
Though i have filed the case for cancellation of this sale deed of our house in my name basis ancestoral property on which my father has built the house ( land is ancestoral) but it is more than six month no any reply from father and the purchaser has been filed till date in this case.
My mother has also filed the case for the cancellation of the sale deed of the other plots of land but no any reply has been submitted till date from the purchaser or my father till date.
Please Suggest how can i protest my land and property . I am the only son of my parents but my father is denying having any relationship with us (Mother and me). My father has two sons from his mistress.My parents are old and i am really worried about me and my property and my house.

Ancestral property is that which come from four generations.wife has right of maintenance and RO.
