Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

a father partitioned part of his self earned property to three of his sons and registered at the registrar office with conditions that he will not revoke the registration and also there will not be any right in futre for that land. After registration In the Ec the names of the three sons were mentioned and one of the son has also applied for patta and got the same for his portion of land.

later after 4 months the father has cancelled that registration for only two of his sons mentioneing that he wants the land, and the same has been registered at the regstrar office, now the EC comes in his name.

Is this applicable / what is the way for the 2 sons to get their land back. How to serve notice to the father, please reply.

A study of the partition deed is necessary to understand your rights and whether the cancellation by your father can be successfully challenged.
