Can father write a will to his grand son by ommitting sons &daughters;if the property is ancesstral and father took over the property by giving share to his own brothers /the property belongs to my great grand father of three generation

in case the share was given to brothers, the property is not ancestral and becomes self acquired after partition. the will may hold good in this situation.
