Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can someone file a case against me...for the checks I issues him 8 months back...they were bounced couple of times....I understand that checks are expired in 6 months.

The case against you may be filed for check bouncing; Besides, a recovery suit may also be filed against you for which limitation is three years.
