Forged Signature on the WILL

1.Is FSL test is sufficient to prve that it is Forged signature?

2. Is any other test be requested to the COURT like BRAIN MAPING etc, if the signatire can not be proved as FORGED in FSL?

3.Is WILL to be written by the TESTATOR himself ( if he is educated) or any body can write this or can it be typed?

4. Is person suffering from deceases like DIABETIC patient and Improper function of BOTH THE KIDNEYs make the will with out knowledge of his spouse and children, to his brtoer's son?

1. THE FSL test may need corroboration of witnesses;

2. May not be relevant.

3. Any one may write or type the will.

4. yes, he may, if he had a SOUND DISPOSING MIND. The law requires only mental faculties to be functional for writing a valid will and not the physical condition of the person.

in case the signatures are verified by CFSL, the report would carry a substantial weight in deciding the authenticity of document. even though the will was not prepared in front of any of the relatives, this would not make the will forged or any presumption of that sort.
