Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sub : Free Legal Question

In our colony there are 10 residents. In the entrance of our road there is a turning (bend). It is very narrow because of the projection of the boundary wall made by the owner of that land in one side of the entrance of our road. If this projected portion of the boundary wall is re-built to a little inside, it will help to turn cars to our colony road.

We have requested the owner of the land to re-build the corner bend at our cost, but he is not willing to do so. Could you please advise us what course of action we can take now to get the above thing done. If proceeded legally, shall we get justice ?

You will surely get justice in accordance with law. An appropriate civil suit may be filed in the local courts after giving the owner a Justice Demand Notice through your lawyer.
